The wine list at db Bistro Moderne was assembled with the savvy consumer in mind. Over 65% of our selections are priced under $100 per bottle, with value offerings that include both little known finds as well as the well-loved French appellations of Bordeaux and Burgundy chosen with Chef Daniel Boulud’s French-American cuisine in mind. We seek to expand upon downtown Miami’s already vibrant wine culture in a manner that suits our guests, whether they are seeking accessibly priced discoveries or the occasional splurge.
As a reflection of Miami’s sophisticated, international culture, our cellar features some of South America’s best winemakers from South America. Included in our multiple Chilean offerings we’re pouring Montes Alpha “Purple Angel”, a Carmenére blend from the temperate climate of the Coichague Valley, a perfect pairing for the infamous db burger. And amongst our Argentine selections you’ll find Familia Zuccardis Zeta, a densely-structured blend of Malbec and Tempranillo that would be a perfect accompaniment to our roasts and grilled.
