Inspired by the iconic  dishes that define French cuisine, we’re serving a series of Fall bistro classics.

Each week, from September 12th – November 3rd, Executive Chef Christopher Stam and Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Kleinhandler will each feature a seasonal bistro dish. With eight successive pairings of savory and sweet, guests will have the chance to enjoy a full “Sweet Sixteen” of French culinary classics.
