In addition to favourites such as Steak Tartare, Coq au Vin, and Burgundy Escargots, the menu features seafood towers, Brittany and American lobsters, Alaskan king crab, as well as tartare, ceviche, and classic shrimp cocktail.
Opened in 2010, Chef Daniel Boulud’s collaborated with Marina Bay Sands to open the second outpost of db Bistro & Oyster Bar modeled after the original in New York City. Daniel’s inspiration was the simplicity and modernity of a Parisian Bistro – one that respects tradition but also evolves with the seasons and takes advantage of the finest ingredients from across the globe. The restaurant has been a fixture on the Singaporean culinary scene since 2010. Our current team of chefs, managers, and service professionals have years of experience working with Daniel and share his passion for excellence in both cuisine and hospitality.
